Thank you very much for visiting this page and making a donation.  Sponsoring the walk is easy, via the automatic sponsorship form at the bottom of the page.  Please encourage your friends to visit this page too - It's all in a good cause - the homeless.  If you can, why not ask the company you work for to sponsor this walk as well - companies tend to have deeper pockets than individuals.

Note: Because Mission Australia is a recognised charity, all monies donated over $2.00 are tax-deductible.  Monies will not go to me directly - all cheques must be made payable directly to Mission Australia.  I will send an official receipt for any monies received.

I am suggesting that you sponsor the Stroll Up Australia in one of two ways:

1. A per-km sponsorship.  For example, if you chose to sponsor me for 10 cents per kilometre, and I succeeded in walking the maximum (official) distance of 560km, then your total sponsorship would be $56.00.  If I only walked 200 kilometres, then your sponsorship would be $20.00.

2. A simple one-off donation of (say) $50.00.  This would be independent of how many kilometres I succeeded in walking

The form below offers both these alternatives.  If you use this form, I will contact you after the walk is over with instructions as to how many kilometres I succeeded in walking, and where to send your cheque.

Note to overseas sponsors:  Please do not send personal/company cheques.  They cost A$20 to be cashed.  It would be much better if you used an International Money Order (available from most banks and Post Offices).  For US residents, the current exchange rate is A$1.00 = US$0.60.
